1st Customer Review : Can't be beat for the money
Received my Lifesmart Rock Solid Simplicity spa right on schedule, so no issues there. I was a little worried about delivery, because they went out of their way to let you know that this is a "curbside" delivery only, and that all the shipping company was required to do was to get it off their truck. Turned out to be a non-issue in my case, however. Delivery company driver was very accommodating, and backed his truck through my front yard to my back gate, and then got it inside my back yard which is all I could have asked for.
Heated up from 61 to 104 degrees in about 24 hours, which I thought was pretty good for a lower powered heater like this has. When they say "plug and play" they mean it...literally add water, plug it in, and you're good to go. As the title says, for this kind of money, you're not going to beat this when you factor in quality.

sooo easy to set up! i bought all the chemicals you need from my local spa store and everything is good so far. It looks great in the yard I am so proud of it!!! the lights are spectacular, the jets work amazing. truly a wonderful purchase. I recommend it highly for anyone. Its small in comparison to the others they sell, but you get what you pay for. definitely worth every penny.

While I sit here writing this review, I'm counting down the hours and minutes before I can jump into my new Lifesmart plug and play spa. I have to admit that I had some reservations of buying such a big ticket item online but things really turned out great. The delivery went without a hitch and not a scratch on the outside or inside. It only took a few hours to fill up and then start up the spa but it takes about 24 hours to bring it from 50 degree water to 100 degrees. I knew that before buying though. What I didn't know is even though no mention is made in the Amazon.com description for a built in Ozone generator, is that these devices appear to come as standard equipment, already installed. I had bought a kit to install but found the identical unit inside the pump area. One other thing I don't recall seeing is that there is a constant LED display of water temperature.
