Product exactly as advertised. There was a problem with one of the filters being manufactured defective. The bottom was thicker than specified. I contacted the manufacture and they sent me out a replacement at no cost. Excellent company to deal with. They are my new spa filter supplier.
3rd Customer Review : hot tub filter
We ordered two of these filters as a replacement for old worn out ones. Though they have the same model number on the product and had been recommended by the hot tub dealer these filters looked different than the ones we had. There is a built in plastic ring at the bottom which the old one had not. We had a hard time sawing off that ring before we could fit the filter into place. I guess next time we have to look for an earlier version of the model.
