1st Customer Review : Does the Job
Great product, does exactly what I was hoping it would -- free me from the daily requirements of spa care. Now I just spot check the levels every few days and maybe add a little something, and maybe not. More importantly, I never feel like I CAN'T use the spa because the water is always good. It has been clean and clear since day 1 of installing this little bugger. I've had it for about 4 months now and haven't had to change the water yet. Previous to this, I would have to change every 6-8 weeks mostly on account of my own neglect. So you don't deal with the irrecoverable condition and it's wonderful for someone with a busy schedule who wants to enjoy a nice soak here and there without all the headaches─ works as advertised!
NOTE: This device acts a 'maintainer', not so much as a 'producer'. So even though it does produce, it is designed and intended to maintain a consistent chlorine level. You still cycle all your chemicals as normal and will still need to...

2nd Customer Review : So far so good...
Had it for a week. Easy to setup. Only issue is the sticky double side tape that is used to mount the holder outside of hot tub didn't stick very long.. I made sure the surface of tub was dry and clean. Slid the tub piece into it and after 20 minutes, i noticed it had fallen to the ground. Not that big a deal. I will replace the tape. Anyway, seems to work nice. Water is clean. AND I love the low chlorine level.. You can barely smell it unlike a normal hot tub. Really worth it in savings from low use of chemicals.
