1st Customer Review : An AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!
I am the owner of a pool service company, I have tried many products over the years that claim to do this (tile soap...ect). These don't really work, ok they do, on a small scale but nothing like surface magic, tile soap clears a 3-5 foot area probably about a third of the area of this product. The other review was not a pool professional or obviously not very bright. This product moves the surface debris away from the area the product is applied and into two or three small areas that are easly skimmed with a net. Add two drops to each end of the pool and watch. It not a merical product it does not move large leaves and disturbed water will make it less effective, but if you have a pool with lots of small stuff on the surface this WILL SAVE YOU TIME, add a few drops and watch! It's pretty amazing. I have 75 pools that I service every week and this saves me 45-60 min a day. The price seems high especially with shipping but it will last you a year or so, I go thru a bottle every two...

2nd Customer Review : I'm still trying to figure out what this does
I contacted the manufacturer before purchasing this "Magic Stuff" and they were very vague (almost secretive) as to what it does.
They seemed to indicate that it "Magically" made floating debris somehow quickly find it's way to the skimmer basket.
I didn't understand how a few drops of stuff could do that, but I was intrigued enough that I bought it.
I'm STILL not sure what it does.
When you put it in the pool, floating debris DOES seem to "Magically" disappear, but it's not clear where it goes.
It doesn't find it's way to the skimmer.
I think it sinks to the bottom.
I suspect it changes the surface tension of the water and the debris sinks to the bottom.
Whether I'd rather leave things alone and have the stuff picked up by the skimmer, or add the MAGIC and have it sink to the bottom and get vacuumed - I'm not sure.
I doubt I'll be buying more.
