I have bought this in a brick and mortar store, but find amazon a better deal. we use this in our outdoor spa and indoor jacuzzi. when we travel to our condo where we have a jacuzzi I take a bottle with me. heaven knows when or if the cleaning crew really sanitizes the spa. whether they do or not, I know this product does and I love it.

2nd Customer Review : Made 10 year old Softub like new
My 300 gallon Softub had developed an odor that no amount of scubbing got rid of. Used half a bottle of this and now it is like new. Also cleans rest of tub very well without a lot of foaming. Highly recommended, but be careful not to use too much if you have a small spa like mine and follow directions on bottle carefully.
